Workshops & Training

Teaching to Equip (not to Inform)

Peregrine Leadership’s trainings and workshops are built for leaders who need practical traction—not theory—during moments of scale, change, or transition. The core throughline is Team<>Market Fit: helping leaders put the right people in the right seats, and then creating the shared language and operating habits that turn ambition into execution. Many sessions are built upon Plato’s “3 Parts of the Mind” leveraging our own Head / Heart / Hands approach to connect skills (“what”), values (“why”), and instincts (“how”) so teams can understand why collaboration breaks down and how to change in role clarity, communication, and expectations.

Kolbe Team Dynamics Training

Tired of “Ra-Ra!” workshops that don’t provide practical daily tooling?

One of the most powerful insights we help our clients understand is where they are overusing their strengths. While it’s powerful to understand weaknesses, most teams can figure that part out. But (over use of) strength blindspots … THAT’S a hidden lever. We teach Kolbe® as a leadership tool, because it makes execution patterns visible—especially under stress—so teams can reduce conflict, improve communication, and collaborate more strategically. Sessions typically include mapping team strengths/distribution, identifying “missing methods” or conative cloning, and translating insights into concrete agreements and next-step behaviors (including stress/strain/conflict dynamics and practical strategies to minimize stress).

What’s your “How?” Workshop

Our two-part “What’s Your How?” workshop helps leaders and teams reverse engineer success by separating performance into the three parts of the mindHead (skills/what), Heart (values/why), and Hands (instincts/how)—and then focusing on the “How” as the primary unlock for sustainable impact. In Part 1, we clarify what you actually deliver (SMART deliverables and work products) and where gaps tend to show up in collaboration and communication when teams are under load.

Part 2 goes deep on Kolbe as an objective way to understand instinctive problem-solving (“your How”), including how differing instincts shape communication styles and create stress, strain, or conflict—and then translates those insights into practical operating moves (how you work together, how you set goals, and how you grow without burning out).

H-I-R-E Interviewer Training

Our H-I-R-E Interviewer Training equips hiring managers and interview panels to run a consistent, evidence-based interview process that improves quality and reduces “vibes-based” decisions. It anchors interviews in a deliverables-based hiring lens—starting with what the role must produce (deliverables), then breaking that down into the skills (what), competencies (how), and values (why) you need to see in real examples during interviews.

This training includes the “5 Questions to Define Any Role” framework to give leaders a fast, repeatable intake method to define the “seat” before they ever source candidates.

This workshop turns hiring into a system: clearer role definition up front, sharper interviews that test for real evidence, and (when appropriate) Kolbe/RightFit-informed fit to reduce mismatch risk—especially for keystone leadership roles.

Executive Coaching

Our unique “Head / Heart / Hands” approach to Leadership Coaching unlocks the wisdom already living inside you. Our belief is that clarity, confidence, and momentum don't come from external frameworks, but from tapping into the wisdom, values, and instincts you already possess.

Head - What’s your unfair advantage?

We believe your greatest advantage isn't something to be learned, but something to be uncovered. It's the unique wisdom that already lives inside you, waiting for the right conditions to emerge. The question I ask is:

"What do you know that you haven't said out loud yet?"

Heart - Why do you show up every day?

Your "heart-set" – your values, your identity, your core "why" – isn't a soft concept; it's a powerful signal. It's the internal compass that tells you when you're on purpose, and when something is deeply, fundamentally misaligned. The question I ask is:

"What does it feel like when you're doing work that matters?"

Hands - How do your unique instincts drive you?

Your instinctive operating style, your "how," is often so natural to you it becomes invisible. It's the secret ingredient in your secret sauce, defining your unique impact. Yet, it's often the very thing that needs conscious examination when the path ahead demands a change. The question I ask is:

"How do you actually move when the plan breaks?"
