The Peregrine Leadership Institute is seeking highly qualified facilitators for the Institute's leadership development programs. Facilitators will work primarily part-time on a contract basis. We are also looking for course facilitators who are interested in conducting leadership development programs within their communities. The Peregrine Leadership Institute can readily export our course packages to other regions provided we have a qualified and experienced facilitator to conduct the training. We will work with you to market and conduct your own courses based on our program materials.

Facilitators must have at least a bachelor's degree and preferably an MBA or Ph.D. Professional experience must include either public or private sector senior leadership positions.

Employment consideration will be given to military officer applicants who have completed command assignments and have advanced military schooling to include one of the Senior Service Colleges.
